Dra. Daniela Carvalho é otorrinopediatra no Rady Children’s Hospital de San Diego (RCHSD), na Califórnia, e professora da Universidade da Califórnia (UCSD). Ela é diretora do programa de perda auditiva e do time de implante coclear pediátrico do RCHSD. Ela é membro dos comitês da AAO-HNS, ASPO e SENTAC. Além disso, a Dra. Daniela é co-diretora do programa de fellowship de otorrinopediatria do RCHSD/UCSD.

Eric J Kezirian (EUA)

Eric J. Kezirian, MD, MPH is Associate Professor of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery and Director of the Division of Sleep Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco.  His primary clinical and research interest is in the surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring.  His research focuses on sleep apnea evaluation techniques including drug-induced sleep endoscopy, predicting and measuring surgical outcomes, novel surgical techniques and technologies, and sleep apnea surgical treatment practice patterns.  His research is supported by the United States National Institutes of Health and The Triological Society.  He is the author of multiple peer-reviewed journal publications and an Associate Editor of the journal Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery.
