Observations:

- The registration carried out as DOCTOR, MEMBER OF OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY ABORL-CCF WITH ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID, RESIDENT / SPECIALIZATION STUDENT WITH ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID or PARTNER OF MEMBER WITH ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID will only be validated after the payment by the associate of the 2009 membership fees and the 2010 membership fees, which payment will start in February 2010. In case of lack of payment of the 2010 membership fees, the payment of the value difference for DOCTOR, MEMBER OF OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY ABORL-CCF WITH ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID, RESIDENT / SPECIALIZATION STUDENT WITH ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID or PARTNER OF MEMBER WITH ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID must be made in order for the registration to be validated.

- The congress registrations must be made according to you category at the ABORLCCF in 2010, that is, the Residents of the third year (in 2009) will only be able to register as Doctor with all membership fees paid or Doctor with unpaid membership fees.

- Doctors from the field of ORL will pay for the registration fees, regardless of having or not active participation.

- Doctors from other specialties will only participate as guests, not paying for the registration fees. However, they will have no right to participate in the event. If they want to actively participate, they’ll have to pay for the registration fees.

- According to the decision made during the ABORL-CCF General Assembly, the participation of non doctors in the congress organized by the entity is forbidden.

- Exempt Members and Emeritus Member will be exempt from the payment of registration fees.

PARTICIPATION OF NON-PRESCRIBERS

In respect to the Legislation and in accordance to Resolution RDC 102/2000 from ANVISA –National Health Surveillance Agency, the rules for this congress are:

1) All the students or professionals that are not licensed to prescribe or give medication will participate in the event with a badge with the following inscription: “Non prescribers”.
2) The entrance of students or professionals not licensed to prescription in the Satellite Symposium area is forbidden.
3) The entrance of congress participants’ partners in the area of scientific activities and exhibition is forbidden.
